Product Formulations & Individual Skin ReactionsWhile SkinGlo Elixirs takes care in formulating our skincare line—and while our products undergo preliminary testing with a select focus group of friends and family prior to public release—every individual’s skin chemistry, allergy profile, and sensitivities are unique. A product that is gentle and well-tolerated by one person may cause irritation, breakouts, redness, or an allergic reaction in another. 

By purchasing and using products from SkinGloElixirs.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Patch Test Requirement: You are strongly advised to perform a 24-to-48-hour patch test on a small, hidden area of skin (such as the inner arm or jawline) before full application.
• Discontinuation: If any redness, itching, burning, swelling, or discomfort occurs, you must immediately cease using the product and wash the affected area.
• Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the application and use of our products, acknowledging that individual skin results and reactions will vary.

Limitation of Liability & Release of ClaimsTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkinGlo Elixirs, its founders, operators, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from adverse skin reactions, personal injury, or allergic responses. 

 In no event shall SkinGlo Elixirs’ maximum financial liability exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product causing the dispute. By completing a purchase, you agree to waive and release SkinGlo Elixirs from any legal claims, demands, or lawsuits arising out of personal injury or skin reactions caused by product use.
