**Return & Refund Policy (Final Sale)**

Due to the nature of our luxury, personalized skincare products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of Skin Glo Elixirs are considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the results, or an incorrect item selection by the customer.

**Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Product Only)**

The only exceptions to this Final Sale policy are if you receive a product that is:

1. **Damaged in Transit:** The product arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable.

2. **Wrong Product Shipped:** You received a product other than the one you ordered.

**Terms for Exceptions and Returns**

If your product falls under one of the exceptions above, you must notify us within three (3) days of delivery.

- **Condition of Return:** The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.

- **Reason for Return:** Only damaged items or items sent due to our shipping error are eligible for replacement or store credit.
