For the best results, apply the balm to slightly damp skin (ideally right after a shower or after misting with our Vitamin C Spray). This helps the balm lock in extra hydration.
Scoop a small, pea-sized amount using clean fingertips. Warm the balm between your palms for a few seconds until it melts into a silky, golden oil. This "activates" the grass-fed tallow and jojoba oil for deeper penetration.
Gently press the oil into your face and neck, focusing on areas prone to redness or extreme dryness. For the body, use firm, circular motions to massage the balm into elbows, knees, or any irritated patches.
Give the balm 1–2 minutes to fully sink in. It will create a breathable, protective barrier that strengthens your skin's natural defense while leaving a soft, non-greasy glow.

**Return & Refund Policy (Final Sale)**
Due to the nature of our luxury, personalized skincare products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of Skin Glo Elixirs are considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the results, or an incorrect item selection by the customer.
**Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Product Only)**
The only exceptions to this Final Sale policy are if you receive a product that is:
1. **Damaged in Transit:** The product arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable.
2. **Wrong Product Shipped:** You received a product other than the one you ordered.
**Terms for Exceptions and Returns**
